DJ Derek Romanoff has been in the deejay business since 1986 making his client’s engagements personable and memorable. He travels throughout the Washington D.C., Maryland, Northern Virginia and South Central Pennsylvania area performing at many different venues and functions for his clients.

Not only has Derek deejayed at the many different venues throughout the area, but he is being recommended by many  of these venues along with other vendors, wedding coordinators, and previous clients as their first choice for a deejay.  Many of Derek’s bookings are from recommendations by previous clients and the venue’s themselves.

Derek Romanoff’s goal is to provide the client with a stress-free planning process that will ensure the client’s music vision becomes reality on the day of their engagement. In addition, Derek always puts the client first making sure they’re taken care of throughout the engagement. He is always striving to give the client the best quality of service, responsiveness, professionalism, value for cost, and flexibility.

Derek Romanoff’s music collection spans for the late 1940’s through the current hits of today.

Derek uses only top quality professional deejay equipment for his client’s engagement. This equipment includes JBL and Mackie self amplified speakers that provide a clear and clean sound throughout the venue. Derek Romanoff utilizes Serato Scratch Live (#1 computer program for deejays) with 2 Dell Laptop computers. He has AT&T Internet Service at each and every engagement to enhance the availability of the music selections for his client.

Derek Romanoff has additional equipment ready for booking when the client needs a 2nd system for secondary locations at the venue site. In addition, he brings back up equipment to each and every engagement.
