Kudos to Ridgewells Catering for trying to teach me to cook last Wednesday. David Keener (above), Corporate Chef at Ridgewells, gave a wonderful culinary demonstration on casual home entertaining. Their new showroom is awesome and our group, SESMA, started with some strong margaritas.
